Overview: The Instagram captions for Ponce City Market, Westside Provisions, and Buckhead Village need to walk a fine line: on the border of fun without teetering into folksy. Owned by Jamestown, LP, a global real estate institution headquartered in Atlanta, the three destination mixed-use developments must project warmth and accessibility, inviting community engagement while maintaining a level of measuredness to support the overall corporate identity as a stable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable investment custodian. From my time in Jamestown’s Creative & Marketing department, I had internalized the desired tone for these accounts and quickly set to work aligning the properties’ social identities with the Jamestown brand while still creating highly engaging copy to go along with Campfire Social’s gorgeous imagery.
